Update!

We are busy busy busy these days!!! Phillip started his MBA classes again in the middle of August. And I am back working at least 4 days a week. Granted, I take Emerson 2 of those 4 days. Which means that I am not quite as productive as I could be, but I am there and can help employees with anything they may need. But this means that my evenings and weekends now include a bit of work (I thought working Saturdays were over when I left public accounting...!). Next week, Junior League starts back for the year so Emerson will be getting some quality daddy-daughter time on Tuesday evenings and Thursday afternoons.

We are taking advantage of this weekend to rest and get some things done (and when I say we in the context of getting things done, I mean me only). We are spending tonight at the Snow's farm to watch the game - Roll Tide! Tomorrow is going to be a lazy day... And there is a possibility of driving to Prattville on Monday (Labor Day) to meet Phillip's mother and stepfather for lunch. They haven't seen Emerson since she was almost 6 weeks old! Since we won't see them again until the end of September (when we travel to Bham for the Alabama-Arkansas game), it will be 10 weeks from the last time we were in Bham. We are trying to make it "halfway" (although I argue that it is a lot more than halfway for us...!) so we can spend lunch with the grandparents.

Emerson will be 3 months old this Tuesday! Happy 3 Month Birthday, Emerson!

We have a super busy schedule coming up as well...This is the last weekend until the end of October that we don't have anything planned!
